氮化硅结合碳化硅棚板

氮化硅结合碳化硅砖是用SiC和Si粉为原料,经氮化烧成的耐火制品。其特点是以Si3N4为结合相。Si3N4以针状或纤维状结晶存在于SiC晶粒之间,是一种重要的新型耐火材料。利用反应烧结原理,以氮化反应使含硅粉的SiC坯体烧结,烧成过程在通入氮气、容易控制的密闭炉内完成。炉内温度、压力、气氛均要严格控制。
氮化硅结合碳化硅砖具有良好的耐碱侵蚀性、抗熔融冰晶石润湿性、抗氧化性、耐磨性、高导热性、抗热震性和极低的电导率。
氮化硅结合碳化硅砖主要用做高炉下部炉身内衬、铝还原电解槽内衬、陶瓷窑具,有节能、提高寿命、不污染环境等优点。
Silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide brick is a refractory product made of SiC and Si powder by nitriding and firing. Which is characterized by Si3N4 as the binding phase. Si3N4 is an important new refractory material, which exists between SiC grains in the form of needle or fiber crystals. According to the principle of reaction sintering, SiC green body containing silicon powder is sintered by nitriding reaction. The sintering process is completed in a closed furnace with nitrogen and easy control. The temperature, pressure and atmosphere in the furnace shall be strictly controlled.
Silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide brick has good alkali corrosion resistance, molten cryolite wettability, oxidation resistance, wear resistance, high thermal conductivity, thermal shock resistance and extremely low electrical conductivity.
Silicon nitride combined with silicon carbide brick is mainly used as the lining of the lower part of the blast furnace, the lining of the aluminum reduction electrolytic cell, and the ceramic kiln furniture. It has the advantages of energy saving, long service life, and no pollution to the environment.
